Villa Magnelli is located in the picturesque village of Brzac, on the hill above the sea, on the west side of the island of Krk, with an open view of the neighboring island of Cres.
With its unobtrusive but sophisticated style, it perfectly matches the spirit of the environment and provides a sanctuary within untouched nature. The compact and functional building is divided into two floors. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a kitchen with a dining room and a separate living room, and a living room with a pool terrace divided by a glass rooftop that can be fully opened and thus bringing the environment to the house. From the ground floor the staircase leads to the floor where there are rooms, each of which has access to a covered terrace and a view of the open air.
