Consumer Complaints and Dispute Resolution

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers may submit written complaints to [email protected]. DEGRAD will respond as soon as possible.

In the event of a dispute between the customer and the seller, complaints can be filed with the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, or through mediation centers. Proceedings before the courts of honor are conducted in accordance with their respective regulations, which state that the councils of these courts include independent legal experts, trader representatives, and consumer representatives. Mediation is conducted in accordance with the Mediation Act and the mediation center’s regulations. The Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, with the approval of the Minister responsible for consumer protection, determine the costs of proceedings before these courts.
