The hotel project with 35 accommodation units and a rooftop swimming pool with a Glagolitic inscription at the bottom.
It’s the result of many years of preparation and will be built in an exclusive location by the sea in the town of Krk. Special attention has been paid to the integration of the facility into the natural and cultural environment, with the facade combining wood and concrete, ensuring a blend of modern design and indigenous materials.
The construction project envisages the construction of the facility on a cascading plot, which will enable the creation of stepped Mediterranean gardens that extend from the hotel towards the sea. This approach not only ensures visual harmony with the environment, but also improves the microclimatic conditions of the facility.
The structural system will be designed to ensure the longevity of the facility and resistance to external influences, while the choice of materials will contribute to the energy efficiency and sustainability of the hotel.
In addition to accommodation capacities, the project includes a wellness center, an a la carte restaurant and a wine cellar, which will further increase the quality of the offer.
This project represents a combination of modern construction technology and traditional elements, contributing to the tourist offer of Krk, while respecting the cultural and historical heritage and natural environment.
