Resort Novi Vinodolski
The project covers 150,000 square meters and includes a central hotel building, 8 pavilions, a garage, a staff building, a children’s park, a pool complex, a shopping mall, and a wellness center. Additionally, the project features 35 residential buildings with 304 apartments. All facilities will be interconnected and functionally designed to meet the demands of both commercial and residential use, ensuring efficient operation and long-term sustainability of the entire complex.
Marriott Opatija
The project spans 20,000 square meters and includes the main hotel building, six luxury villas, and public facilities that ensure the complete enjoyment of guests. The total capacity of the complex is 182 rooms. All buildings are carefully designed to meet high standards of quality and comfort, and the spaces are functionally connected to ensure excellent service and long-term sustainability. All the buildings are harmonized with the natural surroundings of Opatija, offering a top-tier luxury accommodation experience, in line with the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Hotel Krk
The hotel project with 35 accommodation units and a rooftop swimming pool with a Glagolitic inscription at the bottom is the result of many years of preparation and will be built in an exclusive location by the sea in the town of Krk. Special attention has been paid to the integration of the facility into the natural and cultural environment, with the facade combining wood and concrete, ensuring a blend of modern design and indigenous materials.
